In Palm Beach Gardens, Bloomfield recently purchased the remaining Custom Homesites in the golf community of Frenchman’s Reserve . Bloomfield has already built 29 of the existing 41 Custom Homes; averaging 6,700 square feet of air conditioned space; and now has the remaining Homesites to build out. Fifteen Custom Homeowners had already lived in Frenchman’s Reserve. Bloomfield has been fortunate that so many existing residents have selected Bloomfield to build their Custom home. Bloomfield offers nine different models ranging from 3,800 to over 7,600 square feet and will build any Custom Home a buyer wishes.
As Palm Beach County nears its own build-out, renovations and additions to existing homes have become more prevelant. For example, in Jupiter’s Pennock Point, we are renovating a 6000 square foot home and adding another 3,000 square feet.
